We hand-make every custom sun catcher, so each piece is unique. Once we receive the ashes, we will contact you via text message to discuss details. The ashes are placed in the main bead at the bottom. We use resin, mica powder, opal, and other materials depending on customization! We do require ashes to be sent for every piece; we do not provide ash kits.

- After we receive the ashes in the mail, please allow 1-2 days for us to send you a text message confirming your order. We text all customers before we begin the process.
- We will send you pictures after the ash inlay is completed and of the finished pieces before we ship them.
- Any leftover ashes that are not used in your finished jewelry will be returned to you.
